4 People Injured by a Sequence of Some Explosions in Herat

Several explosions in sequence shook Herat 8:30 last night.
Local officials said in Herat there are some contradictory statements about detonating these explosions.
Some of local officials said in Herat these explosions are because of mounting explosive devices in a Zaranj tricycle.
The explosion happened next to Safi towers in 64 Metre Street, northern Herat.
Spokesman for Herat governor, Naqib Arwin said there were no mortal and financial casualties but spokes man for central hospital, Mohammad Rafiq Shirzey said in Herat 4 civilians injured because of explosions.
He announced condition of 3 injured is critical.
Meantime, Herat’s deputy police chief, Delawar Shah Delawar said these explosions were because of throwing 2 rockets to northern mountains of Herat and entertaining places.
He added these rockets stroke with northern mountains of Herat and there is no casualty toll.
Entertaining places, Baqe Mellat(National Garden),Takhte Safar are located in northern Herat where 5star hotel considered for setting up the U.S consulate
Besides, these explosions happened while U.S ambassador in Afghanistan travelled to meet with Herat governor last day.
