A Parliamentary Candidate Kidnapped in Herat
In the beginning of Parliamentary Election of Afghanistan, unknown armed people kidnapped a candidate in Adreskan district, southern Herat.
Relatives of the candidate Qari Safiullah Mojaddadi said Qari Mujaddadi and his 3companions were kidnapped in the way while they were going for election campaign to Guzare district southern Herat.
No group has claimed the responsibility for the kidnapping yet.
Provincial police chief, Gen. Majid Rozi confirmed this news and said Mr. Mujaddai, parliamentary election, was kidnapped in Adreskan district southern Herat.
Guzare and Adreskan districts are located in southern Herat. And they are in neighborhood.
Armed people kidnapped 5 campaigners of Fawziye Gilani in Adreskan district in the past and their bodies were found in this district, too.
Taliban insurgents claimed the responsibility for kidnapping of Fawziye Gilani’s campaigners but they did not claim anything about their killing.
